Navneet Gautam (Principal Advisor)

Navneet Gautam imbues GautamManthan with knowledge and experience amassed during his successful 29 years of corporate experience. He enables client organizations to build, turnaround, scale-up and transform into sustainable profitable businesses. And all this with C-Level perspective.

Prior to this Navneet has been a pioneering contributor in building daunting business of Emergency Assistance, Specialty Risk Insurance and On-Demand Services. Navneet successfully built and nurtured, as its CEO, South-Asian subsidiary of MAPFRE, a Fortune Global 500 MNC.

In his earlier avatars Navneet helped international and national auto companies establish brands and market shares. With successful stints in Marketing, Sales and Service areas he fought battles of minds to help these brands capture the markets.

Navneet is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and post-graduate in Management. He is a firm believer of constant learning and regular up-gradation of one’s knowledge and skills.

Himself being a follower of healthy body and mind, Navneet keeps nurturing and shaping his passion for developing healthy organizations and eco-systems where people are intrinsically motivated for perpetual self-development and eventually benefit the employer immensely.

Sunder Mahendra

Sunder is a Social Development professional who brings international consultancy experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), communications, knowledge management, social marketing, training and capacity development. This is supplemented by his expertise in private sector approaches to poverty alleviation.

Founder Director of www.nivad.org, a strategic CSR consultancy in India, Sunder has been key driver of many international consultancy projects, naming a few :

Global Leadership Network project, a B2B learning network established by world's 10 leading corporates http://www.gln-online.org/home.php to develop sustainability diagnostic tools Research and analysis of social and environmental performance of leading corporates (IBM, FEDEX and Diageo) to identify key drivers of change and recommending measures to align business strategy with CSR.

Col Anil Kumar SM (Retd.)

Col Anil Kumar, a decorated Indian Army veteran with over 30 years of experience in bringing value to varied posts and responsibilities. He brings proficiency in Project Planning and Management activities, QA/QC procedures, TQM Principles - right from conceptualization to execution; procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning & liaison with business partners. He has contributed to many projects of national, international and humanitarian importance.

As Second-in-Command of an Engineers' Regiment he successfully managed financial control and management of crucial defence stores, heavy equipment, plant and machinery, besides ensuring readiness of unit for any Military operation. From there to building roads and bridges, water and power supply services, maintenance of Utility Services Infrastructure besides executing highly classified projects of National importance.

He was awarded the “Sena Medal” by the then President of India in recognition of his exemplary devotion to duty and contribution to the nation under trying circumstances and the gallantry displayed while executing highly classified project/mission of National importance. He was also awarded 'General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Commendation' for innovative pursuits valuable to the national defence organisation.

Col Anil Kumar is a serious learner with B. Sc and B. Tech, Masters Diploma in Business Administration (MBA) and Master's Diploma in Human Resources Management & Human Resources Development.

Ankur Khanna

Ankur Khanna, a financial research professional and a budding entrepreneur. Ankur comes with rich experience in primary & secondary research techniques and identifying core process/product inefficiencies. Ankur is adept at Data Analytics, Market Research, Product Development, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvements, and Client Management.

For nearly a decade Ankur was an Individual Contributor in Quality Assurance – Capital Markets with S&P Global Market Intelligence. Leading various projects, he achieved significant resource-cost savings by implementing many process improvement tools / methodologies. As UAT Lead he was responsible for managing and ensuring timely enhancements of all products / features as per business requirements. Presently as Founder Director of Campus Gully, Ankur has been engaging in many students-led activities for companies seeking their brand presence among the youth. Campusgully is India’s first Online Competitions Platform dedicated to engaging Businesses with the Youth.

Ankur is an Economics graduate with LL.B and post-graduation in Management (MBA). He is a firm believer in continuous learning and has been pursuing independent courses to gain a foothold in AI, Analytics and Predictive analysis through new skills such as – Python, R, Machine Learning, Tableau and much more.

Shikha Fuloria

Shikha Fuloria, is an Administrative HR professional. Shikha has over 20 years of productive experience working with young organizations spreading their wings and striving to bloom, especially budding Software and IT companies. Shikha is no stranger to real-life constraints and hindrances faced by young organizations which want but cannot easily build robust HR, Compliance and Talent practices. And she is a hands-on expert for this part of HR. As HR Manager she has been instrumental in building successful HR practices for young companies, helping them grow multi-fold.

Shikha enables clients to put in place bespoke and optimum - HR Policies, HR Compliance, Recruitment & Induction processes, defining Departmental Functions & Roles, formalizing Employee Benefits, KRAs, KPIs, Performance Monitoring, Payroll, PF, ESI and more.
